Hey there! I'm Ashlie. I'm so glad you're here!

I've been a hairstylist since 2015. I graduated from Everett Community College School of Cosmetology in 2016, and still serve on their advisory board to this day.

​

I worked at a commission based salon for almost four years out of beauty school. The day before the world shut down in 2020, I quit that salon job and opened my salon suite, Ashlie Ann Hair. Coming back from the shutdown, my new business thrived and I have never been happier working for myself.  

​

I always knew I desired to be involved in education of some sort. In May of 2021, I made that my reality and launched my first course: Employee to Empire. I now get the absolute honor to mentor and coach the amazing souls within the beauty industry to up-level their career and their lives to levels they never thought possible. I have truly found what I am meant to do and I am so overjoyed that I am able to live my dream.

Outside of my career behind the chair and my passion of coaching, I am a wife and a fur mama. I have been married to my husband Mickinley since May 2021. I met my dream southern gentleman on Tinder less than two weeks after he moved into the state. Divine timing for SURE. We have three fur babies. Tina is a street cat turned food diva that I adopted in 2018. Earl is my great dane sized flat coat poodle mix that we got from my great Aunt in April 2020. Earl is my soul dog and just GETS IT.
